Mr. Bill Doherty has been a trusted and well respected staff member at Middlesex County Animal Hospital for the past decade.  Bill’s knowledge and skill in veterinary care are extraordinary and he has a great affection for clients and their pets.  Bill has been a veterinary technician for the past 25 plus years and has held many managerial positions.  He has dedicated his working career to the veterinary profession and is an incredible asset to this organization.  Currently the manager of our anesthesia and surgery department, Bill solidifies our vigilant surgery team.

Bill grew up in Billerica and surrounding areas and now calls Newton home with his lovely fiancée, Georgina, and their beloved dogs, Seven and Kiko.  Bill loves to work but even more loves to take a walk in the woods or just be lazy in the backyard with his dogs.  He frequently visits friends and family in the area and often finds the conversation gravitates to his profession and everyone’s pets.  He has always had a way with animals and his love for all creatures is obvious to all that know him.
