Gina joined our Customer Service team in October 2019, and as of late 2025 serves as our Lead Client Service Representative. Before joining the team, she worked at a local doggy daycare for over 3 years, where she gained valuable knowledge about dogs and their behavior.

Gina is known for her strong work ethic, organizational skills, and most of all her genuine compassion for both animals and their humans. She takes great pride in helping clients feel heard, supported, and cared for, especially during stressful or emotional moments. Building trusting relationships with clients and creating a welcoming environment for every pet who walks through the door is one of the most rewarding parts of her role.

Gina lives with her fiance, Brandon, and their young son, Miles. Their household also includes two cats - an orange tabby named Hopper and a tortoiseshell named Flora - as well as their dog, Georgie, who can occasionally be seen greeting clients and trying to steal a seat at the front desk! In her free time, Gina enjoys tending to and propagating her plants, going to the gym, an evening spent relaxing on her porch, or playing Pokemon games on her Nintendo Switch.
