Katherine joined the CSR team in September 2021, bringing with her seven years of customer service experience from working at a theme park. She decided to pursue a new career path because of her lifelong love of animals.

Personable and friendly, Katherine loves interacting with clients and building lasting relationships while providing exceptional customer service. She has a special fondness for Siberian Huskies and cats of all shapes and sizes. She lives with her fiancé, Tyler, and their beloved cat, Sammy.

Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé and family, and you can often find her enjoying a sushi night out. She also loves doing her own nails at home and getting creative with fun designs!
