Katherine joined the CSR team in September 2021. Katherine has an extensive customer service background, having worked at a theme park for 7 years prior. Her decision to change fields stems from her love of animals. Katherine is especially fond of Siberian Huskies and kitties of all shapes and sizes. Katherine and her fiancé Tyler live together with their cat Sammy. When she’s not at work, she likes to spend time with her fiancé and her family, and go out for sushi!
